Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join Surrey County Council's Adult Social Care service, working across the East C2C and West C2C teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist with adult social care experience to support residents in maintaining their independence, wellbeing and safety within their own homes.
You will manage a varied caseload of adults requiring Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions, working collaboratively with residents, families, carers and multidisciplinary professionals to identify strengths, reduce barriers and develop practical solutions that promote independent living.
What will your responsibilities be?
Manage a varied adult social care caseload, undertaking proportionate Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions.
Complete moving and handling assessments and reviews to promote safe care and reduce risks.
