We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical treatment team. In this specialized inpatient role, you will work directly within our Specialized Needs Unit (SNU), implementing critical Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions for patients experiencing acute developmental, intellectual, or behavioral health challenges.
Unlike traditional outpatient clinic or home environments, our hospital setting allows you to collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary medical team—including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), nurses, and psychiatrists.
Execute individualized behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
Monitor patient progress on the unit, utilizing approved de-escalation and behavior-reduction strategies to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
