What you will be doing?
At AIS, we are dedicated to providing our employees with diverse opportunities to grow their careers while supporting a variety of impactful projects. For this position, we are seeking a talented individual to join AIS as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner.

As your initial career assignment, you will support the priorities and vital functions of our shared services teams as a(n) Talent Acquisition Operation Lead.

 Project Summary
The Talent Acquisition Operations Lead is the operational backbone of the TA organization, providing day-to-day support to a team of recruiters and TA leadership across two regions. This role owns several of the function's most critical operational programs—background investigations, employee referrals, third-party staffing, and vendor management—and serves as the process, data, and compliance anchor that allows recruiters to focus on hiring.
It is ideal for a detail-driven operator who thrives on building repeatable processes, managing programs and vendors end to end, and keeping a fast-moving, cross-time-zone team running smoothly.

At AIS, we are committed to offering competitive and fair compensation that reflects the skills, experience, and contributions of each team member.

The targeted base salary range for this role is $82,000-$125,000 per year.
Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.

We value transparency in our hiring process and are happy to discuss how your unique qualifications align with our compensation structure during the interview process.
