Lead projects, technology implementations, process changes, and other transformation initiatives, ensuring work is completed within established scope, schedule, budget, quality, and operational-readiness expectations.
Develop and lead a skilled, engaged, accountable, and inclusive team through performance management, coaching, workforce planning, training, employee development, and clear assignment of responsibilities.
