POSITION SUMMARY
Natera is seeking a Data Privacy Manager to support the operationalization and continuous improvement of enterprise privacy capabilities that enable responsible, compliant, and scalable innovation across the organization. This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Director, Data Privacy and partners with cross-functional teams to help embed privacy principles throughout the lifecycle of data, technology, and innovation initiatives.
This role helps implement scalable solutions that improve privacy operations and visibility into data use. In addition to core privacy responsibilities, this person will contribute to the evaluation of new initiatives and support strategic projects and emerging regulatory requirements across commercial, clinical, and research environments. This role requires a solid foundation in healthcare privacy, clinical research, and technology-enabled healthcare, coupled with the ability to translate regulatory, ethical, and operational
requirements into practical solutions that support the business.
