We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated IOP Clinician to join our team and provide direct mental health support to individuals in our community.
Facilitate group therapy
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, formulate master treatment plans, and update interventions regularly.
Provide active crisis intervention, safety planning, and de-escalation support when clients experience heightened emotional distress.
Collaborate with external referral sources, family members, probation/court systems (as applicable), and hospital discharge planners.
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) in accordance with regulatory and payer standards.
