We’re seeking reliable Class A CDL drivers for a local intermodal position serving Illinois and Wisconsin, with daily trips to Chicago rail yards. This is a 100% no-touch freight position offering structured paid time off, consistent work, and the potential to transfer to a preferred shift after six months.
Job Details:
Make daily trips to Chicago-area rail yards.
100% no-touch freight.
Slip-seat operation; tractors must remain at the yard during time off.
No smoking inside trucks.
Hazmat endorsement required within 90 days of hire, with reimbursement available after obtaining the endorsement and submitting required documentation.
Paid time off begins accruing on your first day.
Receive 18 paid days off initially, increasing with tenure to as many as 32 days annually.
Requirements: Valid Class A CDL and at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience.
