Employer job description
From ON.energy's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
ON.energy is setting the standard for large load interconnection. ON’s patented AI UPS™ is a medium-voltage UPS that serves as a firewall, protecting the data center from the grid, and the grid from the data center. With multiple gigawatts currently under construction, we are enabling grid-safe data centers.
ON.energy is seeking a Scrum Master to support our Product and Program Management organization. This role drives agile execution across product and program teams, owns the intake of requests from across the business into the product and program backlogs, safeguards the integrity of agile practices among product managers, program managers, and their delivery teams, and partners with leadership to keep roadmaps, program milestones, and sprint priorities aligned with shifting business needs.
The ideal candidate is equal parts facilitator, process steward, and cross-functional coordinator who can operate effectively without direct authority over the people they coach.
