LAYIQ - Educational Coach Specialist at Acelero

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education required
Infant/Toddler education/training for Early Head Start preferred
Minimum of one (1) year of managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
Experience working in a Head Start program required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
Must have CPR and First Aid certification, or required to obtain within the first year of employment.
Physical exam and background checks are required for this position.
Local travel and long-distance travel required.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Knowledge of the health and safety licensing requirements for schools and/or childcare centers.
Knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards & Acelero Integrated Service Plan
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, in a number of forums
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate and work as part of a team
Demonstrated computer literacy skills, especially Excel and basic data systems in MS Office and internet navigation.
Must be honest, dependable, organized and able to meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and able to seek resources to support the tasks associated with this position

How Much: $73,328.30 annually + Comprehensive Benefits Package
