LAYIQ - Underwriting Operations Technician-Inspection Department at Ryan Specialty

Experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, or a related role (commercial lines experience preferred but not required)
Basic understanding of inspection processes and workflows, or the ability to quickly learn
Experience working with or supporting a processing support team or shared services team is helpful but not required
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to handle complex or escalated tasks
High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to support multiple stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and OneNote
