LAYIQ - Administrative Assistant – Data Entry at Access Systems

Prepare and process sales contracts and documentation for our IT and copier sales teams
Enter, review, and verify information to ensure contracts are accurate and complete
Work with leasing partners to request rates, confirm terms, and obtain approvals
Communicate with sales representatives and leasing providers to answer questions and resolve discrepancies
Track outstanding documentation and follow up to keep contracts moving through the process
Maintain organized records and follow established procedures
