Strong product judgment, structured thinking, ownership, and follow-through.
Experience delivering complex products, platforms, or experiences at scale.
Experience partnering closely with Data Science and Engineering to build technical, data-driven products.
Strong technical product judgment and the ability to understand complex systems and make thoughtful product trade-offs.
Strong analytical skills and a test-and-learn mindset.
Experience with AI/ML-powered products or systems involving multi-objective optimization or real-time decisioning is a plus.
Experience in digital advertising, marketplaces, search and ranking, personalization, bidding, or auction systems is a plus.
