Director, Software Dev - Network Monitoring & Remediation

This Director of Software Engineering will own the end-to-end software services for network monitoring and remediation. These services include capturing telemetry from our fleet of over 3M network devices, custom probing services that actively test network paths, services that correlate all of this telemetry into actionable insights, and services that enable remediation actions to resolve network impairments.

The role requires a leader who can scale a globally distributed engineering organization, drive innovation in high scale data collection and processing, and who can partner closely with network engineering teams to ensure AWS has the best operating network infrastructure for our customers.
