Position Responsibilities:  Provide leadership and strategic direction for facility maintenance efforts, enhancing asset utilization and uptime through the implementation of professional maintenance and reliability improvement processes, and developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs

that include failure and root cause analysis Ensure compliance with all maintenance company policies and procedures while prioritizing safety in accordance with OSHA regulations and best practices Manage third-party contractors and oversee the company contractor management program to maintain operational efficiency Maintain all equipment, buildings, and grounds to meet company standards, including landscaping, fire safety systems, HVAC, and critical process equipment Provide responsive and proactive maintenance support to all facility
