As a Technical Project Manager at OnLogic, you will manage the development of new industrial and rugged computers, edge systems, and servers. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring on time delivery of our innovative products. You will oversee all development stages, driving technical quality in electrical, mechanical, and firmware designs, and ensuring all products meet stringent ruggedized design, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle management standards.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
End-to-End Program Leadership: Driving development projects from initial concept through prototype build, validation, and ultimately to production, utilizing a structured gate-staged development process.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Developing and managing comprehensive project plans for all engineering initiatives, including detailed schedules, budgets, sourcing, and prototype build strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivating strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams, from senior leadership to highly specialized engineers.
Risk Management: Taking ownership of project and portfolio risks, and proactively implementing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
On-Time Delivery & Budget Control: Ensuring the timely execution of projects across all internal departments and external partners, while staying within the project development budget.
Transparent Communication: Providing clear and consistent progress updates to both internal and external stakeholders throughout all phases of development.
Continuous Improvement: Implementing process efficiencies and cross-functional standards, enabling faster development cycles and scalable product delivery.

Requirements
B.S. Degree in Engineering or Computer Science; a Master’s degree is a strong plus.
Demonstrable expertise in computer hardware, electrical design, mechanical engineering, and/or system integration.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, risk mitigation, and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and conflicting priorities.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet) is a bonus.
A detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable work style.
