LAYIQ - Federal Income Tax Senior Manager at Verizon

You’ll need to have: Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Six or more years of federal income tax experience.
Expertise in OneSource Income Tax, including in-depth experience in an administrator role
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Even better if you have one or more of the following: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
A CPA, Masters of Tax or Masters of Accounting.
Experience with OneSource Tax Provision and OneSource Apportionment.
Effective time management, multitasking and prioritization skills with the ability to be a dynamic team player.
Solid data management and automation skills required; experience with Alteryx or Qlik is a significant plus.
Experience with AI tools and utilizing them to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with proven ability to work with individuals at all levels in a team environment.
Ability to independently challenge, when needed, while at the same time being supportive and solution-based.
An ability to navigate and negotiate through conflicting demands to maintain focus on priority objectives while ensuring key stakeholders’ needs are met.
Ability to lead groups, build consensus, and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel within and outside the organization.
Strong team leadership, communication, interpersonal and management skills with an executive presence and ability to build relationships with stakeholders in peer/influence models.
Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
