Summary of the Job:
The Fraud leader at FNBO is a senior leadership position with divisional-wide responsibility related to comprehensive fraud prevention, detection, and resolution operations. This role oversees an organization of 250+ employees across multiple critical functions including strategy, rule writing, investigations, fraud and disputes call center operations, high-risk account management, and product ownership for authorization and fraud detection systems.
