Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a Senior Flight Test Engineering Manager to lead and grow a high-performance flight test engineering team in Seattle, WA .
This role combines technical leadership, program management, and hands-on flight test execution to support developmental, certification, and production acceptance testing of Mobility & Surveillance programs: KC-46, E-7, P-8 and support to VC-25B. The ideal candidate brings deep flight test engineering experience, strong leadership skills, and proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers, military counterparts, and regulatory authorities to deliver safe, timely, and cost-effective flight test campaigns.
