Account Executive - Europe & UK (B2B SaaS/Cybersecurity)

The Opportunity

Join the market leader in mobile application security to drive enterprise B2B SaaS expansion across Europe & the UK. Guardsquare protects over 1,000 global enterprise customers and mobile apps used by billions.

We are looking for an experienced, high-performing Account Executive to drive new business acquisition across our highest-growth European territories: UK, DACH, Nordics, and CEE.

In this role, you will own the full sales cycle

, from prospecting and discovery through technical evaluation, negotiation, and close. Supported by dedicated Solutions Engineers and SDR teams, you will navigate complex, deeply technical sales cycles and engage both hands-on technical stakeholders (developers, security engineers) and executive decision-makers (CISOs, VPs of Engineering) across mid-market and enterprise organizations to win new logos and expand Guardsquare's market presence.

What You’ll Do

• Own new business acquisition across Europe
• , with a clear focus on winning new logos.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting and outbound activity
• , supported by our SDR team.
• Own the full sales cycle
• , from initial outreach and discovery through evaluation, negotiation, and closing.
• Identify the right stakeholders and build relationships across complex organizations, including security, engineering, technical, procurement, and business teams.
• Understand prospects’ challenges and translate them into a compelling business case for Guardsquare.
• Work closely with Solutions Engineering and other internal teams throughout technical evaluations and the sales process.
• Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and confidently drive opportunities towards close.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting using
• Salesforce.
• Consistently deliver against, and aim to exceed your revenue targets.
• Who You Are
• At least
• 5 years of experience in a new business/hunting sales role within B2B software, SaaS or cybersecurity/developer tools.
• A proven track record of prospecting, building pipelines, and winning new logos.
• Experience carrying and delivering against an annual ARR target.
• A genuine hunter mentality
• : you’re comfortable creating opportunities yourself rather than relying solely on inbound leads or SDR-generated pipeline.
• Experience managing complex software sales cycles from first contact through close.
• Strong experience selling across
• Europe, with UK market experience being crucial.
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable negotiating and selling into enterprise organizations with multiple decision-makers.
• Experience using
• CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce.
• Fluent professional English, additional European languages (German/Polish) are a plus.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and energized by ambitious targets and a fast-moving environment.
• Willing to work from our Leuven office at least 3 days per week.
• Nice to Have
• Experience selling cybersecurity or application security solutions.
• Experience selling technical or developer-focused software.
• Familiarity with selling to security, engineering, or software development teams.
