Overview
Lutron's Austin Manufacturing Facility is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to own the technical performance and continuous improvement of the Ketra advanced packaging line—the heartbeat of our high-performance, full-spectrum lighting technology.
In this role, you’ll serve as technical owner for the line, working across the manufacturing process, automated equipment, product quality, production performance, and new product introduction. As the primary stakeholder for line performance, you’ll develop expertise in the manufacturing process and equipment for the Ketra emitter. Manufacturing an innovative product like Ketra continually pushes the boundaries of our products and processes.
