**This position will support Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City**
The HR Operations Partner delivers proactive, personalized service for Mercy caregivers, building trusted relationships and responding to their needs with compassion, consistency, and accountability.
The position is responsible for supporting core human resources functions designed to elevate the caregiver lifecycle through talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, and caregiver experience for assigned locations or business units. The role provides remote and onsite HR support to caregivers and leaders, serving as a trusted resource for day-to-day guidance, issue resolution, and operational needs.
The role partners cross-functionally to build a thriving workplace culture and supports projects aligned with ministry and departmental goals.
