Overview
Provides direct patient care to all patient populations; excluding pediatrics. Addresses the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care related to the surgical environment. Communicates with the physician continuously and as needed about patient condition. Assists with the maintenance of equipment and inventory. Assesses procedure room for equipment functioning and readiness. Obtains supplies for individual cases and ensures all appropriate needs of the EP, Specials, and Cardiac Cath Lab team are met.
Monitors, positions and assists patient during procedure. Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.

Mercy Ada is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team. This role offers the opportunity to care for patients throughout their cardiac procedure journey, from admission and preparation through recovery and discharge. You'll work alongside an experienced team in a fast-paced procedural environment while providing exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients.
