The Opportunity
ERTC.com is seeking a hands-on CRM / Revenue Operations Analyst to strengthen the systems, data, and reporting that support our existing client portfolio. This role combines CRM administration, data analysis, actionable reporting, and workflow improvement. You will maintain reliable information, solve day-to-day system problems, and make it easier for operations teams and leadership to act on accurate, timely insights.
