Position Overview

As a Microsoft AI Solutions Developer, you will build client-facing AI solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem, with a primary focus on Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 data integration. You will collaborate with Microsoft Advisory to translate defined business outcomes, use cases, governance requirements, and solution priorities into technical solutions that can be built, integrated, deployed, and supported.

You will develop custom agents, workflows, data-connected AI solutions, and reusable implementation patterns that help clients securely apply enterprise data to practical AI use cases.

This is a hands-on build role spanning AI solution development, data engineering, workflow automation, and production deployment within Microsoft environments. You will work directly with the Applied AI Technical Lead, Microsoft Advisory, and client stakeholders to move solutions from requirements through design, build, testing, deployment, and support across regulated and mid-market client environments.
