Our team provides seamless service from origination through funding, helping deliver tailored financing solutions with speed, certainty and a high level of execution for multifamily commercial real estate clients.
The Analyst Real Estate Bridge Lending role is responsible for supporting the origination and underwriting of new commercial real estate bridge loans, the asset management of existing loans, and secondary capital markets transactions. The role provides financial analysis and due diligence to help the Real Estate Bridge Lending (REBL) team evaluate credit risk, monitor loan performance, and execute transactions.
Delivers financial models and credit analyses with calculations reconciled to source documents, assumptions documented, and pride of ownership.
Completes assigned underwriting, portfolio reviews, and transaction deliverables by agreed deadlines and escalates information gaps or delays before deadlines are missed.
Maintains current diligence trackers with required documents organized and outstanding items and follow-up actions documented.
Identifies material changes in property performance or repayment assumptions during portfolio reviews and communicates concerns to senior team members when identified, with supporting analysis.
