About the Role
Support clinical integrity, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes across hospice and home health services. As a Quality Assurance Nurse, you'll play a key role in ensuring patient records are accurate, complete, and aligned with state, federal, and payer requirements while helping uphold the highest standards of clinical documentation and care coordination.
Through thoughtful review, auditing, and collaboration with clinical teams, you'll help ensure documentation reflects the quality care provided to patients and supports organizational excellence.
This role is ideal for an experienced RN who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about maintaining excellence in clinical documentation and regulatory compliance. You'll review medical records, support accurate coding and documentation practices, manage regulatory processes such as start-of-care reviews and re-certifications, and identify opportunities to strengthen workflows and improve outcomes.
