LAYIQ - Brand Marketing Lead at Whoop, Boston, MA

3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, integrated marketing, consumer marketing, or a related field, ideally within a consumer-facing brand.
Demonstrated experience independently leading integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, or major marketing initiatives from strategy and planning through execution and measurement.
Strong understanding of consumer marketing, product positioning, and storytelling, with the ability to translate complex product features and benefits into compelling, differentiated narratives that resonate with audiences.
Exceptional project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proven ability to align stakeholders, drive decisions, and deliver high-quality work without direct managerial authority.
Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, solve problems independently, and maintain momentum in a fast-moving environment.
Strong creative judgment and strategic thinking, balanced with a hands-on approach and attention to detail across campaign development and execution.
Interest in health, wellness, longevity, or human performance is a plus, with the curiosity and consumer empathy to understand emerging trends and translate them into relevant marketing opportunities.
Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
