Lead Software Engineer
Your Responsibilities on the Team
Collaborate with project stakeholders (product owners, UX researchers, data team, QA team, project managers, cross team leads and designers) to understand functional and non-functional requirements.
Promote a collaborative team environment and work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
Manage technical direction for and mentoring of a team of software engineers, including defining and driving a team roadmap
Adhere to architecture, design, implementation, security standards and best practices.
