Job Overview
A mid-level professional who independently leads design teams on small to mid sized infrastructure project design and construction scopes, translating requirements into high-quality deliverables with minimal oversight. Participates in design critiques, iterates on feedback effectively, and contributes meaningfully to team design discussions. Preferably professionally licensed/PMP or on track to become licensed in their area of practice.
May be assigned to focus on portions of larger projects/programs under direction of more experienced design managers.
