Job Overview
A senior level professional who leads design teams for mid to large sized infrastructure projects or smaller projects with technically complex features, driving work from concept through delivery. Provides mentorship to junior designers and engineers, raises team craft standards, and partners cross-functionally to ensure design solutions align with project and business goals. Preferably professionally licensed /PMP in their area of practice or non-licensed and possessing experience more than the higher end of experience range.
May be assigned to focus on portions of larger projects/programs under direction of more experienced design managers.
