Position Summary:
Assists with the coordination and management of work activities in the manufacturing dock area. Works collaboratively with other department leaders to ensure production or distribution material flow by planning, assigning, and assisting the work. Supports the job safety, productivity, and training of their work group and work area. Provides input and recommendations with respect to personnel matters including hiring, firing, discipline, promotion, demotion, etc..
