LAYIQ - Recruiter (Contract) at BitGo, San Francisco, CA

Experience & Qualifications: 2-10 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a fast-paced technology, fintech, financial services, or high-growth environment.
Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated ability to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Strong ability to manage interview scheduling and coordination across multiple searches.
Experience recruiting for G&A functions such as Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Compliance, and other corporate teams.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Juicebox, or similar recruiting and ATS platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Leadership & Operating Style: Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent relationship builder who can work effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Detail-oriented and disciplined in managing recruiting processes.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Team-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Passionate about recruiting and building high-performing teams.
Nice to Have: Experience recruiting within fintech, financial services, crypto, or digital assets.
Experience supporting high-volume or multiple concurrent searches.
Experience recruiting for senior-level G&A positions.
Experience working in Greenhouse.
Existing sourcing strategies and strong ability to build pipelines quickly.
