We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial interior construction projects from startup through completion, with hands-on experience managing drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring, and related interior finishes.
Responsibilities
Manage commercial interior construction projects from startup through final closeout.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, workforce forecasts, and execution strategies.
Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, scopes of work, and schedules to identify project requirements and potential conflicts.
Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, general contractors, and clients.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, contracts, scopes of work, and project schedules.
Experience coordinating field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, general contractors, and clients.
Strong understanding of project financial performance and profitability.
Ability to identify scope gaps, budget risks, scheduling conflicts, and additional work opportunities.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
