As a Preventive Maintenance Specialist, you'll support the performance and retention of United Mechanical’s commercial HVAC preventive maintenance agreement (PMA) portfolio, ensuring agreements are accurate, appropriately priced, and aligned with customer needs.
In this role, you'll take ownership of agreement renewals, account profitability reviews, pricing adjustments, and customer concerns. Working closely with service leadership, field teams, Account Managers, and the PMA Coordinator, you'll combine technical service knowledge with strong customer relationships to support profitable service delivery and long-term customer retention.
What You'll Do
- Manage Maintenance Agreements: Oversee agreement accuracy, renewals, pricing, modifications, and scope changes, ensuring customers receive clear communication and updated documentation.
- Strengthen Customer Relationships: Proactively engage customers, address agreement questions, and conduct in-person account check-ins before planned price increases for key accounts.
