Job Summary:
The Scheduler is responsible for scheduling all patient appointments for outpatient and inpatient testing and specialty appointments .
You provide the patient with all instructions needed for test preparation, directions to the facility and time and date of the appointment. You also make sure the facility is approved by the patient’s insurance carrier.
