Amazon Robotics Technical Services (RTS) is building a central hardware support function to keep the world's largest robotics fleet running, and we are hiring a Senior Manager, Hardware Development to lead it. This leader will own hardware outcomes across the fleet, from readiness of new products, through in-field hardware services, reliability, and maintainability.
You will lead multiple teams — Custom Tools, Retrofits, and Problem Management — along with individual contributors, and build the central Hardware Support Engineering capability that partners across every hardware team in Amazon Robotics. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role for a leader with deep hardware expertise who can set strategy, raise the engineering bar, and operate across organizational boundaries as the function grows.
