Amazon's Last Mile Rental (LMR) team is redefining how we power last-mile delivery by ensuring the right vehicles are in the right hands at the right time — at scale. As an Sr. Program Manager on the LMR team, you will sit at the intersection of fleet operations, vendor management, and cross-functional strategy, owning programs that directly impact Amazon's ability to deliver for customers every day.
If you thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and love turning complex operational challenges into scalable solutions, this role is for you. We own end-to-end program management for LMR operations, from vendor performance to capacity planning and deployment. LMR drives execution across the LMR network through partnering with a diverse set of stakeholders to including: Amazon Global Fleet & Products teams managing Maintenance, Vehicle Allocation, and Technology work streams.
