Are you an analytical problem-solver who thrives on untangling complex systems and building solutions that scale? AWS Billing Contract Onboarding is looking for a Contract Ingestion Analyst to own the accurate, timely ingestion of customer contracts into our billing systems — the critical step that ensures customers are billed correctly from day one.
You'll move beyond executing defined procedures to analyzing why things break, designing fixes for novel contract structures, and partnering with engineering to make ingestion smarter and more resilient. You'll bring judgment to partially defined problems, experiment with AI and automation to improve accuracy, and help move the team toward the next generation of controllership.
