Product Marketing Strategy & Positioning
Develop and execute KRUSH Tech's product marketing strategy, with an initial focus on establishing and expanding our presence in the U.S. defense market.
Define product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and competitive differentiation across a portfolio of advanced hardware and integrated technologies.
Translate complex engineering capabilities into clear, compelling customer benefits for military, government, and industry stakeholders.
Lead market research, customer segmentation, competitive intelligence, and market opportunity assessments.
Identify emerging market requirements, customer needs, and industry trends to inform product positioning and commercialization strategies.
Go-to-Market & Commercialization
Partner with the Chief Product Officer to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
Lead product launch planning, market readiness, messaging, and cross-functional launch execution.
Develop commercialization strategies that support the introduction of internationally developed technologies into the U.S. market.
Establish product marketing frameworks that support the full product lifecycle, from market validation and development through launch, adoption, and scale.
Create compelling product presentations, technical marketing materials, competitive positioning resources, and customer-facing content.
Define and track performance metrics related to market engagement, product adoption, and go-to-market effectiveness.
Defense Market & Customer Engagement
Develop a deep understanding of U.S. Department of Defense priorities, acquisition environments, operational requirements, and emerging technology needs.
Collaborate with Business Development and executive leadership to position KRUSH Tech for defense customers, strategic partners, and relevant programs.
Support customer engagement with military stakeholders, defense contractors, systems integrators, and government organizations.
Incorporate customer and end-user feedback into product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market priorities.
Identify opportunities to differentiate KRUSH through operational performance, technical capabilities, manufacturing readiness, and customer value.
Executive Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Product Officer and executive leadership in aligning product strategy, market requirements, and commercialization priorities.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, and Business Development to ensure consistent alignment between technical capabilities and customer expectations.
Establish a unified product narrative across customer presentations, industry engagements, strategic partnerships, and commercial initiatives.
Provide market insights and competitive intelligence that influence product portfolio priorities and strategic business decisions.
Work effectively across international teams to align global product capabilities with U.S. customer and market requirements.
Organizational Development
Build and scale the product marketing function, establishing organizational structure, processes, tools, and performance expectations.
Develop scalable frameworks for product launches, competitive intelligence, market analysis, and customer feedback.
Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing product marketing professionals as the organization grows.
Balance long-term strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
