LAYIQ - Facilities Systems Manager at Embry-Riddle

Experience with AssetWorks AiM, GO, or comparable IWMS/CMMS platforms.
Experience supporting facilities operations, work order management, preventive maintenance, asset inventory, or service desk operations.
Experience generating operational reports, tracking utility usage and billing, or managing timekeeping and labor-related data.
Experience providing system training, troubleshooting application issues, and coordinating software updates with IT teams or vendors.
Experience supervising staff or student employees.
