LAYIQ - Refrigeration Technician - 3rd Shift - Enid, OK (Enterprise) at Tyson Foods

Education: High School Diploma/GED required . 1 year of industrial/refrigeration maintenance experience education (I.E. possess industrial/refrigeration maintenance diploma or currently enrolled in technical school) a plus.
Experience: 1(+) years of industrial refrigeration experience or equivalent experience
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills will be necessary to log information, to process daily work orders and to complete required documentation. Ability to learn and utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively and basic math skills are necessary to perform this job at a satisfactorily level
Applicants will be considered for Associate Refrigeration Technicians, General Refrigeration Technicians, and Sr Refrigeration Technicians level openings.
Must Reside in the US to be considered, this role does not offer sponsorship.
Prior Team Members will NOT be considered for this role.
Special Skills: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. occasionally; ability to lift 20 lbs. frequently.
Ability to stand on a hard surface for up to 12 hours per day.
Ability to work in confined and tall spaces, walk, climb, utilize a ladder, operate a lift, bend, and stoop.
Repetitive gripping, pushing, and pulling.
Frequent overhead work.
Temperatures inside the plant may vary from -25 degrees to over 100 degrees; outside work may also be needed.
Basic math skills, including percentages, fractions, and measurements.
All professional team members are expected to demonstrate responsible use of approved AI tools, including safeguarding sensitive information, adhering to company policies, and validating AI-generated outputs. Individual Contributors should demonstrate the ability to integrate AI into daily work, improve efficiency through AI-enabled solutions, evaluate outputs critically, and apply professional judgment when using AI. People Leaders should demonstrate the ability to drive responsible AI adoption, enable effective use of approved solutions, identify opportunities to improve team performance through AI, and ensure accountability for the quality and accuracy of AI-supported outcomes.
