Master's degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources, education, adult learning, or a related discipline.
Experience working with senior leaders and leading initiatives across organizational boundaries
Experience within banking or a financial services environment.
Experience designing development strategies for professional, technical, or relationship-based roles.
Experience with competency models, career frameworks, onboarding strategies, leadership development, or professional development programs.
Experience establishing governance and effectiveness measures for large-scale learning or development programs.
Experience partnering with senior business leaders and HR/talent organizations in a complex or matrixed environment.
Professional certification related to talent development, organizational development, learning, coaching, or change management.
