Senior Manager Resource Management

Senior Manager, Resource Management (RM) partners with multiple functions in Research and Preclinical Development (RpD)  functional resource liaisons to assess capacity, workload and resource information, to proactively plan and allocate resources, identify potential resource gaps and propose solutions.

To be successful, the RM will need to have an in-depth understanding of pharmaceutical development, pharmaceutical discovery, pre-clinical development, research and early development functional roles, responsibilities and work effort.  The manager will be experienced in using industry standard resource management tools and respective reporting tools to help plan and manage resource capacity.

The RM will work with other Global Development Resource Managers to ensure cross-functional consistency.to ensure cross-functional consistency for resource management and workforce planning and harmonized business processes. The RM will promote the adhearance to RM processes and the delivery of high quality resource planning, capacity management, tracking, and forecasting of functional. The RM will assist in the documentation of best pracices and business processes.
