Primary Purpose:
The Billing & Payment Analyst ensures all sales and orders are accurately billed and paid, validates that invoices reconcile with balance sheet reports, and continuously identifies process improvement opportunities. This role delivers quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders and operates under regular supervision.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- ▪ Process daily and weekly data files accurately and by established deadlines
- ▪ Deliver timely and accurate weekly payments; proactively identify and resolve discrepancies to prevent payment issues for the external sales team
- ▪ Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders
- ▪ Analyze billing and payment data to identify trends, variances, and anomalies, and clearly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
