POSITION SUMMARY:
Position requires individual with strong knowledge of food and beverage inventory, weights, portions, stocking, rotation, food quality, grades and standards
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for all warehouse products from receiving them, storing them, and returning them back to the vendor as needed.
POSITION DUTIES:
Account for all products and materials received at and issued from the warehouse.
