LAYIQ - Student Account Specialist at Embry-Riddle

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: Associate degree or completion of a postsecondary program of at least 18 months, or relevant equivalent experience as specified in the position requirements.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external constituents in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, exercise sound judgment, and work independently.
Willingness to share knowledge, collaborate with colleagues, and learn new processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

One to three years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, collections, or higher education.
Experience with student accounts, billing, payment arrangements, account reconciliation, or receivables management.
Familiarity with financial policies, collections procedures, and regulatory compliance.
