Role Purpose
You will play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering the end-to-end volunteer journey for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Reporting to the Head of Volunteer Program, you will lead strategic planning and program delivery working across functional areas, ensuring the volunteer program is aligned with operational priorities and Games-time requirements.
The role combines mass recruitment, stakeholder management and Games-time readiness, with responsibility for setting clear timelines and deliverables as the program evolves. You will establish a consistent approach to program delivery that champions inclusion, collaboration and excellence, ensuring that the volunteer program supports the operations of the Games.
