Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced
Children’s
Social Worker to join its client’s CP / CIN team, based in Salford.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team working with children and families subject to Child Protection (CP) and Child in Need (CIN) plans. You'll manage a varied caseload, undertake assessments, develop plans, and work collaboratively with partner agencies to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes.
What will your responsibilities be?
Manage a caseload of Child Protection and Child in Need cases.
Complete assessments, care planning, and risk assessments.
Undertake statutory visits and direct work with children and families.
Chair and attend multi-agency meetings as required.
Prepare court reports and support care proceedings where necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
