Loading LAYIQ…Participants control what their coach sees. Employers see group results only.
The person in the program owns their search. Their coach sees what they choose to share. The organization paying for the program sees that they joined and how the group is doing. LAYIQ staff do not read participant data through the portal.
Participants control which areas their coach can access. Sharing permissions for the career plan, applications, interview prep, opportunities and progress start on and can be turned off. Documents remain private until the participant shares a document or requests review. Enrollment status, dates and sessions used are visible to program staff so the program can run. Conversations with the assistant are visible only to the participant.
An employer sponsor sees enrollment status for their own program and group reports: how many joined, activated, took part in coaching, and the group's progress and outcomes. Outcomes are reported as self-reported or confirmed, and shown separately. No documents, applications, conversations or individual results.
Any figure covering fewer than five people is shown as "<5", and small groups are combined so a total cannot reveal them. Reports use fixed periods, so two windows cannot be compared to find one person.
Coaches see what their assigned participants have shared, plus enrollment status. Administrators see enrollment and program administration, not participant documents or conversations. Restricted case notes stay with their author and the team's coach leads.
Every record belongs to one organization, and each employer client within a provider is a further boundary. A coach sees the participants assigned to them, across the clients they work with. A client's sponsor sees only that client's program.
Every change, and every read of another person's participant data, is recorded with who did it, what they did and to which record. Administrators can review the log for their organization.
When program access ends, the workspace becomes read-only. Participants can export their documents; continued availability follows the program’s retention terms. A participant's deletion request removes their personal data from the organization's records. Organizations can set a retention period after which program data is removed.
The assistant and the drafting tools work from the participant's own documents and goals, and every draft is marked as a draft for the person to edit or discard. Session briefs are drafts for the coach. Nothing is submitted, sent or confirmed by AI on its own.
Staff sign in with their own account, and members are invited with a role and a scope. Removing a member ends their access immediately. Single sign-on is set up with us on request.
Detailed security documentation, including the full permission model and our answers to supplier questionnaires, is available on request.
