The Aquatics Program Coordinator and Head Coach provides overall leadership, administration, and coaching for the SCRA Aquatics Program. This position is responsible for developing athletes, leading and supporting coaches, overseeing program operations, delivering exceptional member service, and maintaining compliance with Stanford University and USA Swimming standards.
This onsite position requires the ability to balance coaching excellence with administrative responsibilities and staff leadership while demonstrating professionalism, accountability, sound judgment, effective communication, and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach. The incumbent represents Stanford Recreation & Wellness with integrity and responds constructively to challenges in a dynamic environment.
